Bathing areas
Pieczyska is the easiest opening move.
If the plan is a classic water day, Pieczyska is the simplest choice: wide beach, comfortable access and the easiest summer infrastructure.
Swimming and diving
Not every day at the reservoir has to end in a cockpit or behind a rod. Sometimes a beach, good access to the water and a slower afternoon are enough.
The simplest plan often works best here. A beach, a bathing area, a few hours in the water, a walk along the shore, then food and an evening by the jetty. And if someone goes below the surface, the reservoir has a second layer too: submerged stories, former structures and places that look completely different underwater.

Quieter option
Samociążek and quieter side sections of the reservoir offer a slower tone. It suits people who want less movement and more ordinary time by the shore.
Below the surface
Divers return for submerged objects, traces of former settlements and stories tied to bridges, a mill and the old forester’s house.
A good day plan
If you want swimming and beach time, look for safe access and infrastructure that can carry a full day. If you are thinking about diving, calmer sections, gear logistics and underwater conditions matter more. Same reservoir, two very different ways of using it.
Accommodation
